What is Unibroue? (I know what poutine is (and I really want to try it) but I don't know whaere I can find it in the states.)

It's a brewery in Canada that specializes in Belgian style ales. And BOY do they know what they're doing...

I'm guessing it is pronounced uni-brew, but when I see it here I think of uni-brow

Today DH and I are going to have a spa day at the GF spa, then we'll pool it (the quiet pool at the Poly) and then we have ADR's for Narccoossee's! Should I make the reservation for more?!

Thanks for the info about Unibroue, lhmathys...it sounds like something I might have to try...along with poutine. It think that would be a fab combination!
