Oh oh Bigyowski--I guess I'm in trouble. My sister asked me to help her plan hers. We will get together for Thanksgiving and I told her I would "help" her. I just know I'll be doing most of it! yay, Me :)

You know you're a WDW not when....

...you're a person who doesn't like stuffed animals/toys/beanies, and yet you own one or two you purchased as a theme-park souvenir. :mickey:

Personally, I have two: crash-dummy goofy from EPCOT's Test Track, and Vampire Teddy from Disneyland's Haunted Mansion Holiday.

Disney is a lifetime- you get the rides but all the while the magic is within you out of the park thining of the memories.

Ever wanted to think of being in the park just you and 40 other people? NO LINES!!

when you correct people 'it's disney world not disneyland', 'disneyland is in paris, tokyo, hong kong & california' 'there is only one disney world' especially annoying when they have also visited Disney World and still refer to it as Disneyland.

Here's one from my wife (she was going to post it herself, but she's been busy... )

...when you carry around an unused fast pass in your wallet, just for the heck of it.

When you correct people for saying "we went to WDW, EPCOT, MGM, and the AK." NO!! It's the MK!! They are all part of WDW. MK hasn't been WDW since 1981 and then it was still the MK, but just the only park in WDW! I use the initials just to annoy.

Actually, Jacca5660, you know you're WDW nut when...

...you use initial/acronyms such as WDW, MK, HM, POTC, HISTA, and more like they're everyday words while the common everyday person looks at you like you're just babbling. :mickey:

LOL! I had to laugh mindlflipper, b/c that's how DH and I talk with the initials and acronyms! And my mom said to me the other day "will you please stop talking in Disney language!!!" LOL

Also, we're guilty, we've got unused fast passes and old rooms keys in our wallets, we just can't let go of them until we go on our next trip!

You know you are a WDW nut when you catch somebody else on a Disney site in your lecture hall and you start up a Disney conversation with them

Hmmmmmmm, Len90: mixing your singular and plural pronouns. A "somebody" would be a "with him" or "with her", not "with them". If it's a "with her" - did that "Disney converstation" basically mean flirting??? :?:

If so, maybe we should add this one:

You know you're a WDW not when....

...when you mix in Disney when flirting with the member of the opposite sex.

Well it would be far from flirting since it was a "him". It's scary to see that every word I type will be thoroughly checked and rechecked to make sure I make no grammar or spelling errors.... After all I am/was better at math related stuff. Sorry that my grammar ain't that great! :D :D

As for flirting by using Disney, that would be the perfect way to start off a relationship!

Dude, I am hardly an expert on grammar either - but while growing up I did have an english teacher drill into me "do not mix singular and plural pronouns!" - who would ever thought it would come back to me someday LOL! Don't worry - I won't be checking and rechecking your grammar. My grammar ain't that great neither!

Gotta ask - was he on subsonic too? Now that would be a mind-blowing coincidence! :mickey:

No but you know you are a WDW nut when you make sure to plug subsonic on every conversation. He had known about our site and had listened but never joined. I will be keeping an eye out on the member list to see if he does indeed create an account!
