(Now perhaps we can hope the EPCOT mausoleum is next)

I have to think that if they take them out there would be something much better to replace them with...WIth 21st Century Disney technology and all!

I also like the tarps. They provide a little shade that's kind of hard to come by in Epcot. But I am open to change if its for the better...maybe they will make that area nicer looking.

There is a new attraction coming to Innoventions, it may have something to do with that. It will be interesting to see what happens

The latest rumor on WDWMagic is that the tarps won't come down until after the Food and Wine festival. However, there is some spiffy new railing around the Fountain of Nations, and it's adorned with a very retro-looking Spaceship Earth icon. Pictures here

Yeah I really like the new railing, and I hope the tarps do come down after F&W. They've been there long enough.

Wow those are neat. I definitely like that new railing and really appreciate the retro disney flair that has been placed in it.

I do like the new railings but will be sad to see the tarps go, I liked them. As long as they leave the fiber optic floor tiles, I'll be o.k.!

The tarps were pretty neat and weren't as annoying as other features in Epcot, but removing them won't elicit much emotion from me.

Wow, I don't think I ever even noticed the railing. As for the tarps I can take them or leave them.

I didn't mind the shade sails or the whirlygigs, but change is inevitable and really should be a natural part of Innovations, hence the name. So as long as whatever they do is done in the proper good old fashioned Disney Imagination style (you know that attention to detail we all love about Disney) it will be good by me. I also wouldn't be one bit upset if they added more area to the fiber optic walkways.

New railings look good - fits with the theme. Tarps - don't care if they're there or not. Fiber optics - yeh, amusing - don't need it, but don't dislike them either.
