Your Favorite Ride or Attraction is being retired?

Post by cousininmiami » Aug Tue 04, 2009 9:48 am

With all the talk and polls about what we all miss the most that is gone and/or retired.... I got to thinking about what ride or attraction would you miss the most or be completely upset if it was gone and retired??

I guess mine would be the Carousel of Progress, I surely would miss that the most! I suppose I am an old Disney freak from way back, and the oldies but goodies to me are still the best.

Aughghghggh! I don't even want to think of that! I guess I'd have to say the Haunted Mansion.

I would seriously fly down to Florida and ride Carousel of Progress ALL DAY if they ever decided to close the attraction. I might even have to try what the Mesa Verde Times (the horizons guys) did and take as many pictures on the stage as possibile.

I might even chain myself to the ride...but that may be going a bit too far.
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

Rain upon that planet Earth. And they rain ... and rain ... and rain. The deluge.

I think I would chain myself to CoP if they ever retired that one! I appreciate the classic attractions and the ideas that Walt had. I would have to vote CoP.

Mine would have to be the Haunted Mansion. It is just iconic Disney and it is something that you go on multiple times since the experience always differs thanks to the amazing CM's.

I, too, would be most upset by COP going away. Just think about this makes me want to listen to it!
