Oh well...When I called to do the upgrade, there were no available rooms for this promotion. We'll still have a BLAST at AS Movies!

Wow, I would have asked for a supevisor. It is such a bummer to get an upgrade offer only to be told that there are no rooms available. However, it doesn't matter, in the end you are still in Disney World.

No way! Thats awesome, that must be from construction or a problem near where your room is located! Without question take the upgrade! Your child will love it, mine loved both resorts very much! Better atmosphere and Pools at both resorts have a nice slide! :) :donald: My son loves the pools at OKW and Saratoga! :) GO FOR IT!

I wouldn't take that NO ROOMS crap!! I would get nasty and ask to speak to whoever! Supervisor! Terrible to build up your familys hopes and then so O no sorry cant do that anymore!! I would be furious! There are waiting lists I know of at both resorts in case of a cancellation! That might help!! Sorry!

I'd go for any room upgrade. That seems like an awesome deal. I'd be really mad if they teased me with it and then told me it wasn't available.

Like Len said, I would call and ask for a supervisor! That's pretty cruel to taunt you with a free upgrade and then tell you you can't have it! I have no doubt you'll have a blast no matter what, but I would just try one more time! They need to do something to accomodate you.
