Just thinking about lines... I don't really like waiting but, these are at least entertaining:
MK - Pirates because it is interesting and cool!
EPCOT - Ellen's Energy Adventure - Because they show a movie to occupy!
MGM - Rock-n-Roller Coaster - cool, a movie, and just plain fun
AK - Dinosaur, fun artifacts makes it go fast

I guess my post in this thread was lost.
MK: POTC. I really think seeing the movies has helped me to enjoy that long walk even more. And HM: You never get the same experience twice in the stretching room.
DHS: For me it is now a tie between ToT (Yes I finally did it!) and TSMM. I think that it is really great to see all the oversized toys and games at TSMM. However, the detail at ToT is just fascinating
EPCOT: Test Track. It still can not be topped by anything in that park
AK: Never did Everest, so I will go with Dinosaur.

Hard to pick just one from each park.... as many here have proven....
MK: Space Mountain and Pirates
Epcot: Spaceship Earth (for its simplicity mostly) and American Adventure (love the hall of flags)
DHS: Rock n Roller Coaster
AK: Expedition Everest

I thought I had answered this but I guess not. It wasn't as easy as It thought it was to answer either.
MK: I guess I'm going to go with either Pirates or Splash Mountain. Pirates really feels like you're in an actual fort. And come one those pirates playing chess is a great set up for the ride. Splash has the neat pics on the wall and the shadow of Brer Frog talking about his friend Brer Rabbit.
EPCOT: I think I'm going with the Seas. The very detailed que really makes you feel like your walking through dunes at the beach and then the way it transitions to making it look like you are under water. Amazing. I mean even the rails look rusted as if they have been in the ocean for years.
DHS: Either Tower of Terror or Toy Story Mania. Again the detail is amazing.
AK: The only real que is Everest.

I like Splash Mountain once you're in the barn and Chickapin Hill, but you're usually a long way off when you're outside at the beginning of the line. For detail and immersiveness in the MK, it's gotta be Buzz, Space Mountain, Pirates, and Jungle Cruise (which stinks when its hot, though.)

My one big problem with Splash Mountain is that is the one place in Disneyland (can't really speak as much for WDW) where you can find gum stuck. There are some areas where people always stick it up high. Very annoying and I'm sure it's hard for the workers to keep clean.

Also, Splash Mountain tends to have the longest wait times, even with Fastpass.

Haunted mansion is my favorite. It immerses you into a spooky world before the ride.
