I have recently required the five 3-reel Viewmaster sets of Disneyland from 1956! Around this time, Sawyers, the makers of Viewmaster bought out the competing 3D viewer True-Vue in 1951, and in so doing acquired the license for 3D Images of Disney Properties. During this time Viewmaster Reels were geared towards all-ages from children to adults, and vacation destinations were a common subject.
So in the first year of Disneyland, it was a no-brainer for Sawyer's to release these 5 reels for Disneyland, 21 3D images for each of the five lands of Disneyland (Main Street, U.S.A. Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland).
Since the Viewmaster reels of this time used Kodachrome slide film, the colors are still brilliant today.
This is a great look (in three dimensions!) of Disneyland as it appeared during its first year of operation!
