I guess EVERY attraction has it's own fansite
For the many years where I was not able to visit the parks, or for attractions that are now part of "Yesterland" I have always enjoyed fansites for specific attractions. The first one I came across was http://www.themightymicroscope.com/home.htm though when I knew it was atommobiles.com
But now I have found the attraction fansite to beat them all! Behold: http://www.secretrestroom.com/index.php

That is a weird one I'm slightly embarrassed to admit it took me a few minutes to discover there was nothing more to that site than the restroomZenMondo wrote:For the many years where I was not able to visit the parks, or for attractions that are now part of "Yesterland" I have always enjoyed fansites for specific attractions. My favorite page of the site has to be the sink. With the holes in the drain, each representing one of the seven dwarves!

Yup, looks like someone had a lot of time on their hands when they were making up this page. Very cute thoughZenMondo wrote:My favorite page of the site has to be the sink. With the holes in the drain, each representing one of the seven dwarves!

Maybe its just one of those things, that when you first become aware of something, you just start seeing it everywhere.
A friend posted a news story on Facebook, after I read it at the bottom was the usual click-bait. One thing caught my eye about a Disney Princess telling secrets or some such. It turns out it is a recap of a reddit AMA from a former friend of Snow White. I read it all and it is very entertaining. Within the thread someone else mentions he did an AMA about being a Disneyland cast member, a Tomorrowland Attractions Host. Probably not as "sexy" as a Disney Princess but I start reading it just now. In the answer to the first questions, the former CM posts a link to this video citing the kind of stuff some people obsess over.

Alas Jessica! You are too late! Word on the grapevine is that the Secret Bathroom was demolished as part of a recent refurbishment! The Secret Bathroom I fear is part of Yesterland now.

That site is hilarious! This part cracked me up in particular (it's in reference to a large area of messed up paint on the inside of the door just above the coat hook):
"The rather large gash on the back of the door was created when a member of the costuming department who was testing a new hand-piece for the Captain Hook costume forgot to take it off before trying to remove his jacket from the hook, and after rather unfortunately injuring himself during an attempt to use the urinal. It has not been repaired so that it can act as a constant reminder of humanity's frailty."
There's really a lot that's funny on the site - it's worth checking out all of the different pages and pictures.

Can't wait to take my twin boys on their first trip to Walt Disney World! Planning on heading there sometime Feb-May 2014!
