Wow. Neat. I'm going on Friday and the sub ride is first on my stop. :)

I'm guessing this will change once they have a feel for the average line length. If wait is consistantly 60 minutes, fast pass will show up.

Addlema's in town and I'm taking him to Disneyland today. We're going to check out the Nemo ride, but if the line is too long we're going to skip it. Addlema hasn't been to Disneyland for 20 years, so there's more important stuff to see than to waste 3 hours in line.

More on our awesome trip to Disneyland later...

We can verifiy however, that the line was 3+ hours longs for Nemo.. It started back near Small world and zigzagged all the way to the sub entrance.

INSANITY!

So did you see the Sub monorail?? Saw shots of it on LaughingPlace - that looks wild! Curious if they kept it wrapped, the addition to the roof wouldn't work on the tight clearances I imagine but the rest would be cool to see!

Looks like it is a big hit. And the LA Times had some digs for Disney about the last decade of decline. Hopefully this will signal the return of the classic rides!

So for those who've had the chance to ride, is the seating arrangement the same as the old subs? I remember it being a bit tight and was wondering if they opened it up at all.

Still can't wait to ride, but a three hour wait is insanity (is that a confirmation on no fastpass then?).
Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

I havn't been on it yet, but they are still using the same subs with the same port holes so they can't have spaced the seats any differently than they were before.

Has anyone been able to get some audio from the ride?

Read up and see the video
Cool; thanks for sharing. It's strange to say this, but right now I'm more excited about stepping back into these subs for nostalgic reasons, rather than the actual ride.

I read on westcoaster.com that the wait on opening day was 340 minutes!
