DCA Preview for a Cause
It appears that AP holders can buy advance tickets (if they are unable to win them) for special previews of the new areas of the park.

I'm not sure if all proceeds are going to CHOC and Anaheim Comunity Foundation but they have already pledged 500k.

Wow ~ the $500 ticket sure is for a fundraiser. The $50 and $75 tickets don't seem too bad...

If I had enough money right now I would do it since it's for a fundraiser. I just wouldn't pay more than $75 for a ticket though.

I would guess that would have to be about my limit too ~ even for charity. I think the $500 are more for people who can expense it offelizabethswann wrote:If I had enough money right now I would do it since it's for a fundraiser. I just wouldn't pay more than $75 for a ticket though.

The 500 might be worth it if you have an idea of how many people are going to be there. If it's going to be slammed and you will only get on everything once and then get a banquet dinner, no dice.

3 course dinner makes it sound more like a sit-down and less like a buffet. But with 3 or 4 seating times only 30 minutes apart, I can't imagine it will be a leisurely affair...of course people are likely to be more excited about seeing the new land and attractions rather than a dinnerWizzard419 wrote:The 500 might be worth it if you have an idea of how many people are going to be there. Yeah, it's banquet food, as in you're there and are kicked out and no time for cocktails.
