If there was one ride in DLR you would ride all day long
If there was one ride in all of Disneyland Resort all day long what would it be?
Mine would be IJTFE, including the line.

Ooo, my back hurts just thinking about riding Indy over and over again. Several attractions come to mind, Haunted Mansion Holiday, It's a Small World regular or the holiday version (yes, I do enjoy it!), maybe Soarin'. But I can't think of a single one that I would want to ride over and over and over in a single day. I think that would just make me sad that I wasn't going to experience anything else for the day.Sparten wrote:If there was one ride in all of Disneyland Resort all day long what would it be?

Actually, few years back during a trip to DLR, it rained all day and night. The park was empty! Many of the CM's would let you stay on a ride and go again if there was no one waiting in line. I did the HMH like 5 or 6 times in a row without getting out of the doombuggy, and Splash Mtn 3 times (hey, I was already wet) - so that's pretty close to achieving this topic!Amy wrote:Ooo, my back hurts just thinking about riding Indy over and over again. It is interesting to me that DL is so empty during the rain. WDW guests pull out their ponchos and go on about their business for the most part. I wonder if that is because a lot of DL guests are local?mindflipper wrote:Actually, few years back during a trip to DLR, it rained all day and night. The park was empty! I'd give it a threeway tie to Space Mountain, Soarin' and Haunted Mansion.

I would almost agree - except I haven't been on Space Mtn. since its renovation for the 50th, so I don't know what it is like now...elizabethswann wrote:I'd give it a threeway tie to Space Mountain, Soarin' and Haunted Mansion.

I'm not a fan of the new music. I prefer the Dick Dale version the most.mindflipper wrote:I would almost agree - except I haven't been on Space Mtn. since its renovation for the 50th, so I don't know what it is like now...elizabethswann wrote:I'd give it a threeway tie to Space Mountain, Soarin' and Haunted Mansion.

Space Mountain (Once did 8 times in a row with Fastpasses) or Matterhorn.

I don't think my body would hold out for 8 times in a row on Space Mountain ~ unless they made it a lot smoother with the renovationwxwiz wrote:Space Mountain (Once did 8 times in a row with Fastpasses) or Matterhorn.
The Matterhorn would rattle my teeth after 2 or 3 as well!

I would agree - but I think the Matterhorn like WDW's Space Mountain has been through a total rehab a few years back so maybe the ride is a bit smoother now...Amy wrote:I don't think my body would hold out for 8 times in a row on Space Mountain ~ unless they made it a lot smoother with the renovationwxwiz wrote:Space Mountain (Once did 8 times in a row with Fastpasses) or Matterhorn.

Disneyland Railroad. All day long. You're outside, you get to see different lands go by and you get to people watch. Also dinosaurs!

Space Mountain's not so bad anymore. Matterhorn...depends on which side of the mountain you go. Tomorrowland side is a lot jerkier than the Fantasyland side - to me anyway.Amy wrote:I don't think my body would hold out for 8 times in a row on Space Mountain ~ unless they made it a lot smoother with the renovationwxwiz wrote:Space Mountain (Once did 8 times in a row with Fastpasses) or Matterhorn.

Re: If there was one ride in DLR you would ride all day long
I would probably say Matterhorn for half of the day and Splash Mountain for the other half. Does that count?

If we can split, then I would go for HM for half a day, and Soarin' for the other half.
