Hiking = fun, biking = super fun, running = not so much

Running's not much of my forte so that will be a challenge for me to work my way up to.

Maybe in the future. It would be something interesting to do.

But my knees ache just thinking of running  Good for you starting up though. How is training coming along?

The training is going great thanks. I am now in my final week of the couch to 5k training and up to running 30mins in a stretch, next week I will be all on my own just my own music and the open road, the run is 10th July and I'm sure I could do it now, so two more weeks running and I will be ready.

Can you think of any Disney songs that have a running beat that I could throw on to my ipod for inspiration anything like Be my Guest or Step in time. :D

Just a quick Google search found this info...http://jog.fm/disney-workout-songs... there are four songs listed ranging from 7-14 minute miles. I keep thinking of that CD with Mickey on the cover in disco clothes. That was some sort of workout with Mickey CD but I don't know the name of it offhand. I'm sure there are more out there if you have a minute to browse :D
