Did I miss something?

Ok so I went to disneyland today and went on Astro Blasters and noticed that they no longer care about high scores and what not, so you can't bug your firends with an email scorecard showing how they are buying the next round.

When did they stop keeping track of scores?

They stopped keeping track of scores on Buzz? (not like it makes much difference to me since I'm lucky if I break 30K!!!  I never liked being reminded of that... )

That's news to me! I didn't know they did that recently but that's a shame. I loved to email myself the photo of my score.

Yeah, I was standing around the exit waiting for a few minutes to see the "high scores" list pop up and nada. So I went to send mine off and noticed the photo lacked any form of a score.

Most likely the computer system that handles the score was down that day. I have seen the photos fail and the scores work, and I've seen the e-mail screens not working at all. Buzz is in SERIOUS need of a rehab, unfortunately Disney hasn't earmarked and funds for that. I'm guessing we will see a rehab after Star Tours comes back and DCA construction is closer to being done. I have heard of possible upgrades to plus it, but nothing concrete.

So you can still send your picture right? That's the most fun part anyhow :D

You could send the photo but there would be no score marked on the photo.

I'd just tell people I scored so high they didn't have enough room on the photo for all the zeros

I have maxed out the counter on the car before, but that requires an old person in a wheelchair.

What, really? That defeats the purpose of sending the photo.

That's neat you can do that, but I don't even remember seeing anything like that whatsoever at WDW's Buzz.

In WDW you can purchase pictures, but there won't be any scores with them. As you exit the ride through the gift shop you will see the counter with screens above it, just like with Splash, Space Mountain, etc., that is where you can purchase them at.

I still don't even know where to "shoot" to get the high points, let alone max out the counter!!!!
