It saddens that I can't use my blow dryer in the shower or that when I put my car on cruise control I can't take a nap on a long drive. ;+>

The sad part Jacca is a lady sued successfully becaue she put the car on cruise control and climbed out of her seat to make a sandwich. She won money!!

Those warnings don't tell you you can't. They just suggest that you shouldn't. Like the above quotes, those warnings are also there so the company can't be sued by stupid people. I did some looking and all I found is that his injuries were minor. He was treated and released from the hospital the same day as the fall. Hopefully that is the end of this story since he was one who chose to put his leg over the railing! Disney losses Law Suites all the time!! They try to settle out of court. People have made lots of money suing Disney and a lot of times they get life time passes! A lawyer dumb enough????? Lawyers LOVE cases like that!! It all about the MONEY!!
