Wow! Not only is that picture of the pre-OSHA days but it's also a pre-1983 pic!!!! I only got to see Fantasyland like this once...and I was about 3. I remember being scared of Skull Rock and I couldn't understand why there was a giant pirate ship in the middle of DL and it didn't go anywhere.
Thanks for posting that picture Amy!

Does anyone have a picture of the railings?

Re: Alice in Wonderland attraction
Here are a few photos from MiceChat agingerbugg ~ pretty generic railings. The worst part is the tarp that has to cover up the scaffolding holding up the new OSHA approved flooring. I bet it is hotter than hades under that thing for the poor CMs!

Thanks for posting those Amy! I went on the hunt for them too, but soon found myself checking out pics of the big Star Wars event among others things on MC...then I forgot why I went to the site to begin with. Then I saw your post and remembered!

Re: Alice in Wonderland attraction
Thank you for posting those Amy, it is truly horrendous. I had heard reports and people said the rails weren't bad, but the tarps were. I hope it doesn't stay that way, that they can come up with a more aesthetically pleasing fix. I mean OSHA didn't even cite them for it...WTF Disney?

Re: Alice in Wonderland attraction
I doubt they would keep it that way and make the poor attraction look like a ridiculous sort of jungle gym.

In the 2 times I've been to DL, i've never been on the Alice ride. I'll have to check it out next month when I go out there,
