But if it's an arena then no one would be allowed in. :D

Going back to Epcot, I know a lot of people say it doesn't stick to it's theme but Illuminations does stick to the world showcase theme of hippies and how awful world peace would be. :D
Given how we have "toonified" Mexico with the three caballeros, Living Seas with Nemo, The Land with the Lion King, and Universe of Energy with Ellen (well, she's like a cartoon)...why not "toonify" the nighttime lagoon show? The "World of Color" could represent the different ethnic cultures around the world. You could mix in The Three Caballeros, Ratatouille, Hunchback of Notre Dame, et al that gives it a more "international" toon feel to it. It could be done...

...and more easily than adding another stadium seating or a fifth gate.

Then it wouldn't be world of color, it would be illuminations 2.0!

And I think there would be a huge outcry at the toonification of Illuminations  ;)

There was a huge outcry of fans against the toonification of DLR's IASW, EPCOT Mexico, and the Living Seas, but it didn't stop it from happening. Plus, Illuminations 2.0 was probably several versions ago. This current version of Illuminations is probably 9.2 or something like that.

Besides the toonification of Illuminations, I'm waiting (or dreading?) the eventual toonification of the American Adventure and Impressions du France.

You know you would love it if Belle was your guide.
