I am a huge fan of LOST but I dont think it fits well in Magic Kingdom. Perhaps California Adventure or DHS. Maybe take over the Drew Carey show?
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

I agree. If they do add it, I would rather see the Drew Carey show replaced with it. Other wise, no way.

They could turn it into an effects show or something.

The show is about to start its final season - isn't it late in the game to build some attraction around it?? I know you could say the same about Harry Potter over at the Islands of Adventure as there is only the two-part movie finale to go, but at least the seven books will be read by new generations for years. I don't know if LOST will have a continuous fan base after the show goes off the air.

If Disney does this, I might boycott Disney entirely. I will at least use my website skills to put up blaring websites against Disney's lame decisions. It would be the epitome of everything I've been saying that Disney has been sellouts and has completely lost their imagination because they can't see through the green in their eyes.

Don't worry, subsonic, because its not Disney idea, it's a petition from LOST fans. Disney in its long history of bad ideas did not come up with this one on their own, and I think even they would steer clear of it.

I so agree, please keep the Island as it is or bring back Tom Sawyer's Island...Walt would turn over in his grave if he knew that the show Lost was brought to Disneyland...

It wont go through. It's really a left field idea. I could see it at DCA but not at the DLR. I do wish they would reopen Fort Wilderness though! :mickey:

I know it's not Disney's idea. I'm just saying if Disney decides to go with this it's the ultimate sell out.

MetalRage, I never watched Lost either. :)

Well IF they do, we can always start a Universal Subsonic lol! "Universal Theme Park Audio and Music". Get the Jaws music up and King Kong music lol. That's not a bad idea.......*walks off thinking*

...MetalRage, you might want to start running instead of walking, because that idea could get you pelted with week-old vegetables and eggs! And that's from the nice people on the board - the rest would come at you with pitchforks and a rope!

I'll try to give you a headstart, dude, but I don't know if I can hold the mob back for long!

Honestly, I don't know if you can dig up enough audio to do a radio based on Universal. I got alot of their audio, but it wouldn't even fill up 2 hours!

lol that was funny. But I'd rather listen to Disney music instead. I would be in the mob myself if someone betrayed us lol

ROTFL!!!!! So true!!!!!

However, doesn't Universal use soundtrack music in the background throughout the park? It's been 10 years since I've been to Universal Hollywood and I've never been to Orlando's.

At Orlando, yes and no -the Islands of Adventure does have a lot of area music composed for it by various artists. But yes, most Studios rides use soundtrack music (like BTTF or MIB); however, some Studios rides - like King Kong - used non-soundtrack music (depends if they got the clearance from the composer).

They did put an area music CD from Islands of Adventures for a brief time, but not in some time so the CD is a rarity of sorts.

We can tell the mob to cancel the pitchfork and rope. MetalRage isn't a heretic.
