I'm not sure why you guys can't get the cam up. I had it running this morning and it is running right now.

I just am trying to figure out how to make it full screen. It is very tiny and I thought it would be cool to have it up on the big screen with subsonic playing in the background.

Jacca are you accessing it through the HOJO website? I think they had changed something because I used to have a bookmark (from like a year ago) and was unable to get to the cam with my bookmark. So I went to the site "front door" and found the page. It looks a little different than it used to to me. But it works like a charm. Even in Fire Fox.

Never tried it on my regular computer and only have safari on my phone. It seems to work ok on there

Trust me, it is nice on the snowy days here in the MidWest too. Once I clicked on the webcam and wondered where the sun was

...then I realized it was just after dark in sunny California!

The webcam from Ho Jo's is absolutely great. Perfect for a quick pick me up while sitting at my work desk.
