Bengal Barbeque
Ok, I have a bit of a rant here, so I apologize in advance...
A few years ago, a friend of mine told me to eat at Bengal Barbeque (BB) and that the food was great. I had always ejoyed the smell coming from there, but we just never went to eat.
2 years ago, I had a day to myself in the park and I decided to try it. OMG!!!! The chicken skewer was fabulous and the tiger tails were delicious (nothing like bread off the grill...yum).
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago....DH and I were waiting for the fireworks and were kinda hungry so I set off to find food. I remembered that he wasn't with me for BB so I figured I'd get a couple of skewers and some tiger tails..easy, right? Wrong!!! I went over there and the menu was all different, and even worse, no tiger tails!!!! (I ended up going over to Stage Door Diner instead) I was so disappointed...
Does anyone know why they got rid of the tiger tails/changed the menu @ BB? Or how long ago it happened?

Well, when I was there and I looked at the menu, it was different...the basic fare was the same, but they changed some of the items and I think the sauces too (not sure about that one) I wasn't about to wait in the long line either...I had a hungry hubby to attend to
Maybe when we go again, I'll ask around...
I was mostly bummed about the tiger tails though....it could have been a change from over a year ago for all I know.
(btw, thanks for checking MC, I have a hard time keeping up with the masses there. Sub is more manageable )

I hope that you'll be able to find it or find something else that's equally as good as the tiger tails. Maybe they're trying out something new for a little while and if the feedback isn't well then they could bring it back. Who knows!
I check MC daily and whatever good I find, I post in the DCA Expansion thread.

Nooooooooooooooo! I loved tiger tails. And the menu items were great! I haven't eaten there in quite a while I guess. Doesn't seem like that long, but I do remember them having all the items that they've had for so long.

I found an updated menu from this month and my guess is that they did take it off the menu: http://themouseforless.com/tripplanning ... ecue.shtml
