What's your favorite spot to relax?

In DL, we like to sit "on the front porch" that I believe was the Wizard of Bras shop. Probably the best spot to people watch. Of course, the Tiki Room is great to have a dole whip and cool off on a hot summer day.

In DCA, I love hanging out in the Animation Building. I could attend the Animation Academy sessions all day if I could.

Court des Anges in New Orleans Square is my absolute favorite spot and I have to go see it every time I go to DL.

I do love the Animation Building at DCA simply because of the air conditioning and one spot is dark enough for me to fall asleep and take a nap. Another one is on the side of the Boudin Bakery a few tables away from the fishing net photo spot. I can sit there, relax and give the birds the occasional piece of bread.

In DCA I like the public area by the seasons of the vine. I hope it will still be there when we go back!

In DL, on the train! sometimes I ride it all the way around just to get the rest.

When my niece was 2, we rode the train from NOS to Main St. and no sooner did we sit down, she fell asleep in my lap. One of the sweetest moments I can remember. It took everything in me to stay awake though...lol she looked so comfy!

As far as the Court goes, it's my favorite picture spot...especially when it's all lit up.

Non park location are the courtyards at the Grand Californian. It's the ones that are next to the hotel's entrance to Downtown Disney.

In the park, I like the Hungry Bear and where I can watch the river activity.

Hungry Bear has the best onion rings! It's great to watch the kids feed and chase around the ducks, the Mark Twain and/or Columbia sail by, or even the Fantasmic! crew going back and forth between the "mainland" and the island.

I agree on the Tiki Room - it's one of my favorites. I also like to get a drink and sit in the courtyard seating area of Cafe Orleans. Particularly if one of the live acts is playing.

I have several. I do enjoy hopping on board the Disneyland Railroad getting a back seat where nobody wants to step over you and just riding the loop. Under the hungry bear is also nice by the water with the ducks and all it is usually quiet during the day we have found. Any bench at the hub with a view of the castle is nice also.
DCA on the trail near GRR. Also I find it relaxing to get a stationary seat on Mickeys fun wheel.

Anywhere along main street is fine with me. I also love the Hearthstone lounge in the Grand Californian.

I also like a quick break at the walt & mickey statue by the castle, especially early in the morning, when it is just cool enough under the tree shadows.

I also love the Tiki Room with a dole whip float (although once a guest yelled at me and said that food and drink wasn't permitted inside. That was a bit weird. The CM ignored him, though, and let me keep it.).

I also like hanging out at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail while the kids play.

I also love the animation building. I have more than once taken a short nap on the couches listening to the disney music in the great room. Though after 3-4 cycles you have to move on.

I suppose they kick you out after 3-4 cycles? It sounds like a great idea.

I'm a heavy sleeper so I'll drown it out after the second cycle.

I adore the animation building, I love listening to the music and watching the videos on the wall. It's a large open space and it usually is not too crowded. It's a wonderful place. Thanks for reminding me.
