He probably waited for the door to open, sneaked his way in, got a quick look before security kicked his butt out of there...

I always do wonder, with the long list, how many people fall off the list when they go to fill a new opening? I partially think that a lot of people just fall off the radar/die/can't afford the cost at the time, but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if there are people who literally call every week to see if they have moved up the list. :D

I've been for lunch once. I kept a napkin & bought a button down shirt then the CM at the gift shop gave me a pen because I was dorking out so much. My parents have been 3 times all thanks to a family friend who worked at a company that is a member. It really is pretty dang cool. The friend has since retired and moved to Arizona, but I'll ask since he was at one point negotiating to have a yearly reservation there as part of his retirement package. Can't hurt to ask. But I doubt he won that negotiation.

And even if I can't, I'd love to meet up with y'all for some non-Club 33 DL mayhem. It's a 4-5 hour drive, but given enough planning time, I can figure something out.

Whoo~hoo! That would be awesome. My brother should be arriving here shortly so hopefully he will have some news one way or another. When we talked to him yesterday he said he was handing the whole thing over to one of his assistants as she does all the travel plans for his company...

I actually got the sneak peak thanks to a very nice member who was wearing a jacket and came out right in front of me when I walking by the Carthay. I just complimented him on his jacket and we struck up a conversation.

However, mindflipper's post would have been option 2 :D

Last time I talked to my brother he had gotten an extension on his air miles ~ so we still don't know. If we do go, it won't overlap with your trip I'm afraid. We would go sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas ~ F1gment loves the Haunted Mansion Holiday :jack: You'll have to warm up the parks for us and let us know if there is any food we shouldn't miss!
P.S. You might want to do something about that bait breath  :nemo: ;)

Hopefully when I make DL next year I will have made some connections for Club 33. Although I might laugh, but it is entirely possible, especially in my piece of WDW work.

You very well could. I need to start wracking my brain to come up with someone who has access!

The family friend who used to score us tickets can no longer get them. :( What a bummer. But at least I can say I've been once.

Awww don't give up!

Yeah - I'm definitely still in shock and won't really believe it until I'm there! Any secrets or things to watch out for that I should know before going?
