Haunted mansion and pirates. The lines are always shorter and the mansion looks awesome all lit up at night. Especially since you are going in Oct, it will all be done up for haunted holiday and all the pumpkins look so much cooler at night. We are also going in Oct. So we will be hitting up both of these rides at night. Have fun!

I totally agree with the Haunted Mansion. Even though the actual ride is all indoors, waiting outside at night really adds to the whole theme of the ride! I also love Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain.

Jungle Cruise is great at night...takes on a whole new atmosphere, and it can be really immersive!

Screamin' is great too...any roller coaster at night is great, actually. BTMR is fun too, but pretty freaky because you can't see the low ceilings. Definitely wouldn't want to put my hands up on that one.

I've done Splash Mountain at night the last time I went because my family friend kept wanting to get my mom wet and mess up her hair even more since she straightened it. It was pretty fun at night and it was hilarious to see that her hair did get ruined more.

OI!!!! get out of this forum then. hehehe

I just thought of another attraction good at night. Tarzan's Tree house. Nice little place to be in the dark, makes it feel a little more like the jungle.

Ah, that is another good choice. I did that once and got amazing nighttime views of Matterhorn, Haunted Mansion and Splash Mountain.

I think a better question would be: "What attractions are not as fun at night?" I think the entire park is 10 times more atmospheric and beautiful at night.

Indy
Casey Jr/Storybook
Matterhorn
Big Thunder
Splash
Tea Cups
Autopia

Let's not forget Yesterland attractions:
Skyway
Peoplemover
Rocket Jets

8-)

Oh my, I completely forgot...Storybook Land is SO BEAUTIFUL at night. All the miniatures are light up, and it's so magical! It's amazing during the day, but just gorgeous at night. Thanks for the reminder!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is great at night. The lighting is so fun and the coolness of the night air. The sounds also seem to be more pronounced at night.

It can be a bit freaky at night too, though. You can't see the dips as well and the ceilings seem scarily close. I would never hold my hands up on that ride at night...too scared of hitting something I couldn't see, I guess.
