Then we pass Big Thunder (grabbing FPs) on our way to Indy, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Haunted Mansion, and usually Winnie the Pooh (since we're over there) and grab Splash Mountain FPs. Then it's off to Tomorrowland to use our Space FPs, ride Buzz and Star Tours, and the rest of the day is grabbing/using FPs and re-riding what we like best.
Jeez Spaulo, you got this down to quantum physics or something. I think you must have to time travel to be able to "spend the rest of the day" re-riding and grabbing fast passes with all the other rides :)

The first six rides on my list are usually accomplished in the first hour we're at the park. There are no lines in fantasyland first thing in the morning.

Just go with what interests you more. Do your research! Read up on info from the main website and from travel books. Then you can decide which land excites you more. This helps a lot because it helps with being overwhelmed when you arrive on your first day.

We usually go to Splash Mountain first and grab a fastpass for that, because the lines are usually long and the fastpasses go right away. Then we'll go on other rides or eat lunch before our fastpass. We don't usually care how long the wait lines are because no matter what you have to wait in line.

I found a new way to get around Disneyland. I used to go through Adventureland to get to New Orleans Square or to Critter Country, But now I have a new way. GO THROUGH FRONTIERLAND!!!!! Seriously, I went through Adventureland like I usually do and got annoyed with all of the people stopping EVERYWHERE. The next day I decided to go through Fronterland entrance to get to the Mark Twain, and OMG was it empty compared to Adventureland. so after I rode the Mark Twain I went back to the hub and started and stop watch and walked through Adventureland with my normal quick speed (JS3901 can vouch for it) and it came out to be around 4 minutes to get through to POTC, yes it doesn't sound like much but remember I was walking my normal speed, rather than someone who is bogged down by family members.

After I rode POTC, it was a short wait how could I refuse :), I went back to the hub to the same spot. This time I went through Frontierland. This trip took about 1 minute less. Granted the distance, from where I started (from the right of the wait times board) was a little longer, BUT the big key is that the crowds were none existent, and less of a hassle.

I just say try it, see what you think, personally I will use this route whenever it is crowded. probably not in February though.
