Has anyone seen this yet? It sounds pretty similar to the walking dinosaur (can't remember the name..).

I'm not big on interacting with the talking trash cans and such, but I do think I could be convinced to help out in some experiments!

I hope this comes to WDW soon. I missed Lucky the Dinosaur, and would love to see this one when I go in December. this would be good in either MGM (near Muppetvision, of course), or Tomorrowland (with the experients and such)

That is cool. Is there some place we can go to see updates on it? Like when it will be released?

Wow, that's the best thing to come out of Imagineering in quite awhile. Brilliant new idea! I love Beakie and Honeydew. Can't wait to see them out and about at the parks.
I just skimmed the article, did they say how it's going to be run? Wasn't there someone inside Lucky's flower wagon? Doesn't look like there's going to be space for a person here.

I haven't looked too much more deeply into this, but the Jim Hill article does not say how the two characters are propelled. It sure looks like the machine moves on two wheels. I wonder if it is somewhat like those Segway scooters...
Sadly I am not sure if there was someone inside of Lucky's flower wagon because I never got to see it in real life, but I thought I heard he (she?) was a free-moving audio-animatronic.

I assume it will be like lucky going from park to park as an ambassador type roll. I think lucky is in HK now he my go to another park soon. This may stay out in DCA for a year or two then it may make its way to another park in the world, not necessarily to WDW.

Here's the latest Laughing Place update on Beaker and Honeydew. Looks like a blast! From the pictures, there must not be too many people at DCA this time of year. Has anyone gotten the chance to see them yet?
