So friday evening I was on pirates and the Auctioneer's head was completely off and dangling on his chest upside down. Unfortunately I was slow at catching it and didn't end up with a picture.
At the end just before the lift one of the two pirates on the right side was losing his as well and I got a picture of it.
All the times I have been on Pirates I have never seen anything like this, so seeing two was pretty amazing.
We considered going again to get a picture but really wanted to see the fireworks because we knew storms were comming in this weekend and would probably cancel them. By the time we got back they had repaired the Auctioneer.
Enjoy:

That's almost as funny as the Lincoln and the hydralic fluid.
Do you know if they shut the ride down to fix it or if they just did it in the open?

I am pretty sure they shut it down to fix it. It was closed when we went back by just before 11pm (closing) but by the time we checked HMH (also closed) and went back by Pirates it was open again.
I had told a CM about the second guy but they didn't fix him that night. He was fixed this morning though and the Auctioneer looked a bit better.

I was working on Star Tours one day when a guest reported that C3-P0 was squirting fluid. We had to walk the line in and shut down the ride until they repaired it.
At least they got Pirates fixed.
