Oh one question! Does anyone have thoughts on whether it’s worth it to buy the MAXpass for fastpasses?

I don't have any experience with the MAXpass, but I just went and read a little about it. It is only $10 and it includes all photopass photos for that day, so if you want any character photos or attraction photos, I would think it would be worth that money right there. One ride photo is more than $10 so you would get your money's worth right there.

And I'm guessing you already checked this out, but here is the list of FP attractions in both parks: (from the Undercover Tourist site and updated Feb. 2018)
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters
Fantasmic! (disconnected from the FASTPASS system; distributed near Frontier Landing in Frontierland)
Haunted Mansion
Indiana Jones Adventure (also offers Single Rider Line)
Matterhorn
Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain (also offers Single Rider Line)
Star Tours - The Adventures Continue

Goofy's Sky School
Grizzly River Run
Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: BREAKOUT!
Radiator Springs Racers (distributed near It's Tough to Be A Bug!)
Soarin' Around the World
Toy Story Midway Mania
World of Color (disconnected from the FASTPASS system; distributed near The Little Mermaid - Ariel's Undersea Adventure)

Oh, and the tip I keep seeing is make sure you have a portable battery charger for your phone as the app sucks battery life!

I don't have personal experience with MaxPass, but the people on the Mousetalgia podcast highly recommend it. They say it's totally worth the extra cost.
