Such a pity to see Alice all covered up. Interesting update as usual.

I agree, Len. I hope the tarps and scaffolding come down soon.

Was the Lost Bar based on ABC's LOST?
We are all a little weird
And life's a little weird,
And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

Not to my knowledge. I believe it was geared more toward the lost boys from Peter Pan, as the nearby pool area is currently themed to Neverland.

If anyone knows otherwise, please chime in. :D

You're correct there. The pool area, Hook's Pointe, Croc Bites, and the Lost Bar were all themed around Peter Pan.

Oooh, that new parade looks fabulous. Has anyone heard when it starts (besides the general 2011)?

That's as much as I know. I'm hoping within the next few weeks there will be more information on a starting date because I am getting real tired of seeing/hearing the Celebrate parade.

That update was fantastic this week. It is really depressing to see Star Tours all closed up as that did become a classic. If that is the early signs of the permanent railing for Alice, then there are some issues to be had. It really looks like that could destroy the amazing theming a true classic attraction.

Finally, that new parade looks phenomenal. I really hope that Disney puts something similar into WDW. I am getting sick and tired of seeing the same floats being used and reused for the 3PM parade there.

I agree about the new parade! I am so tired of Celebrate! and we've only seen it once all the way through and bits and pieces maybe 3 times...I guess I'm a traditionalist. I like the classic parades. It's nice to see the Three Caballeros in the parade too!

That's a little sad...I liked that ride. Are they replacing it with something else? It doesn't take up much room so I don't know what they could move in there.
Do you know if they are simply removing it since it doesn't fit into their new theme?

That's a little sad but I've only gone on it a handful of times so it's not one I will miss entirely.
