Man, how many years has it been since the Ghiradelli left south coast plaza (it's similar to what they are putting into DCA)?

I better get the hose set for automatic as I may be forced to break my rule of traveling north of the 33rd parallel for a work funded euro-trip.

Hey hey now! It's cold here already! We don't need to add to that. I don't want to turn into an icicle.

 Silly me, all this time I thought he was flogging you with the hose, not spraying you with it
Don't worry Ms. Swann, I will keep an eye out for the automatic hose ;)

Lucky for you I got out of having to go to Poland in December, so you get extra hose!

I keep fogetting to add, the spinning cookie/face on top of the HMH gingerbread house has been broken for a while, I am guessing the vibration was just too much for it.

It's going to be odd when the new HP land opens in 2016 since they will probably wheel out the actors who played harry and the girl and they will look about 20 years older than the ride they are in... The guy who played ron will not be there on account of his expected demise from autoerotic asphyxia.

It gets the hose again!

I'm surprised that Island Charter (actually most of the stores) have lasted as long as they did. Many stores closed up shop within a few years of opening.

I also wonder about the liquor lisence transfer, I wonder if they are contracting the foodservice/space out to another company/division?

How long had the gorilla explosion been broken? It was working last month.

That does remind me, after Pirates had come out of refurb the lampost pirate in the big burning scene was gone. I wonder if they are going to bring it back?

I was there today to pick up something as a gift (since I took the week off so I can have a longer vacation) and oh my god was it packed. I was parked at DTD so I could just take the monorail in and out and everything had huge lines. Even the handicapped line for pirates was over an hour.

Yikes! Is DL normally that busy this close to Christmas? How is the weather?

It can be busy, but normally if you just hop on the monorail at about 11 this week it's empty (not this time). It's cold out (low 60's) and there was a 20% chance of rain that didn't happen. The worst week will be next week where the park will close to non AP/Hotel guests

Hmmm, not as warm as I expected. Does the park close because it is at capacity?
