I ate at Napa rose last May and I still remember the delicious scallop appetizer. It has a lobster and Tahitian vanilla sauce. The waiter told us that the scallop appetizer is so well loved that they can't change it, like they do the rest of the menu. There wasn't alot, but it was soooooo delicious.
When you go to a restaurant like that you have to decide ahead of time that it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You have to expect that you will be paying alot for it. Personally, I found it well worth it. All these months later, I barely remember where I ate during my week in California, but I can still remember that beautiful Napa Rose and the chunks of lobster........
Has anyone ever eaten at Napa Rose at the Grand Californian?
