I have 2 faves...Main Street and NOS. I love NOS because of the atmosphere, ambiance and of course HM (my fave) and POTC. There are so many nooks and crannies to sit and relax.

But my vote went to Main Street, because that is the hub of the park and the magic. Walt "lived" on Main Street and it was designed after his birthplace. There is so much of his influence there.
