I know, I'm shocked too! Better find that receipt tonight to return the Duffy I got for him for his birthday...Amy wrote:What?! Really?! I'm not sure if it will truly wear off though, Soarin' still packs them in I think and one of the problems with TSMM is that it is kind of low in the number of riders it can support.mindflipper wrote:Like your prediction for TLM, once the novelty of TSMM wears off I expect the line will drop (unless they change the games inside to something new)...Wizzard419 wrote:Well, long lines are (for the main attractions about an hour or a little more.Though Toy Story can get to 90 minutes from what I've heard.
So which one is longer?MmeLeota wrote:You'd be surprised....but then again, what's considered a "long" line in DLR is a bit different than what's percieved as a "long" line in WDW.mindflipper wrote:I didn't think much in DCA had long lines...Wizzard419 wrote:At least in her case she is trying to rip off Dadaism of the 50's(?). My past experience it's WDW...momeja wrote:So which one is longer?
That's so interesting, Mindflipper and Mme. L. Any thoughts about why?MmeLeota wrote:Definitely WDW....
I've been told WDW has had do the same thing, but the times I've been there and the park is so packed you wonder if it's safe to be that crowded it seems like they still keep admitting people into the park...Wizzard419 wrote:But what about DLR having multiple days a year where they have to stop selling tickets because they've reached capacity?
This is true, but with less acreage of course there will be sell out days. Plus, most of those days are when there is something big going on at the parks and all the APers head down. Example: last year for WoC, the year before with Halloween Screams, the 50th birthday...Wizzard419 wrote:But what about DLR having multiple days a year where they have to stop selling tickets because they've reached capacity?
30 minutes?!? That's a short wait time at WDW! I've seen wait times from 45 minutes (HM for instance) to 2 hours (Soarin')!MmeLeota wrote:I have seen a sell out day at DL, with an average wait of 30 minutes (or less) for any given attraction...thanks to people who were just waiting for whatever special event was happening.
