Thunder Mountain and the Matterhorn are my favorites at night. Disneyland in general is more fun at night, just better mood lighting.

Casey Jr, It's a small world and Space Mountain are the best at night.

I love that picture of the Tea Cups!!!! I went on it for the very first time this February and it was at night. I admit that I never want to try it in the day because it wont be as magical!

Space Mountain - but not for the ride but the way they light the building! The version in MK is even better!

I like the jungle cruise at night, it's more eerie. And if you go late enough, the tour guides are a little crazy.
I also think that Thunder Mountain & Splash Mountain are great at night. But just being at DLR at night is awesome, no matter where you are, the atmosphere is great.

Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones (soooo cool with all the torches and dim lighting), Haunted Mansion (way spookier at night!). Those are definitely my three favorites for night time riding. MintJulepRoo is right though, any ride is great at night because of the lighting. I even like walking through Tarzan's Treehouse at night because the night time jungle atmosphere is so cool.

The first time I went on PotC was at night. I didn't realize that I was indoors while we went thru the bayou! It was so neat. I thought the people dining at Blue Bayou were really good AAs.
So, I love the Pirates at night.

I LOVE Jungle Cruise at night, 10x more fun I think.
Also New Orleans Square seems so much more realistic to me at night time. Entering pirates when its dark just seems better.
Big Thunder rocks at night, if you can time it with the fireworks its very cool.
I also like taking the train around the park at night, just a different perspective on things.

The Tiki Room pre-show and Jungle Cruise are good bets at night. Seeing one of the Mk VII's rolling down the rail around Tomorrowland is also very neat.
I may be mixing my memories up between WDW and DL so could someone help me, does the Mark Twain run after dark?
