For those who like the tiki room..

How could you ever hate the Tiki room???? That was my favorite when I was a wee one. I guess it is a bit strange to have a bunch of mechanical birds talking and singing back and forth.... but it's so cool!

I used to be indifferent about it, but for the last year or so my wife and I have gone every visit. I guess you learn to appreciate it more as you get older? I think at least some of the lure now has to be the historical aspect of it, and how much Walt enjoyed the Tiki Room himself. Also... DOLE WHIP....

One of the CM's for the Monorail at Tomorrowland station told my friend and I that if his daughter wanted to go to the Tiki Room again that they could "stick a fork in my eye" he does not like the Tiki Room. We cracked up because he was so animated about it.

We didn't make the tiki room last month, I actually kinda forgot about it

how that would happen I have no idea, but we must've been talking and walked right by it. I used to love it as a child. I guess that's another reason to go back for another visit so I can relive fond memories and visit it.

I was at this event and couldn't even BELIEVE how many people were already lining up on Main Street at park opening. I didn't bother waiting but got in later and I bought one of the 45th anniversary shirts, along with a mini-Tiki god. It was pretty cool.

I'm not that big of a fan of the Tiki Room myself but I'll go if I don't have anything else to do or if I'm dragged by the family.

My Mom and Dad don't like it so even if I want to go in it my perents won't let me.

I love the artwork Josh Agle (SHAG) did for the rides 40th anniversary - the collectibles for that are really collectible as lots of people are tiki and shag collectors.

I LOVE the Tiki Room. My husband hates it. It is one of my favorite attractions. I am SOOOOOO glad they did not change it as they did the one at WDW.
