Favorite Area Music in Disneyland?

Post by Just Believe » Jul Sun 09, 2006 8:44 pm

I could do a poll but the list would be TOO LONG!!! My favorite is the Main Entrance Music or the Splash Mountain area music.
Do you think have enough time to go the bathroom before the next show?

My answers would be different if I looked at what I liked here on the station... but if I really think about being in the park, and when/where I like the music best... it's the walk along the Rivers of America... walking for just a couple minutes, you get the cowboy songs of Frontierland, a taste of NOS's jazz, and the bluegrassy southern comfort of Critter Country.

If I had to pick one I like the best... it would probably be NOS... great place to sit and listen.

Garwsh! I guess I would have to say Mainstreet and New Orleans Square. All though Im afraid I have to admit to enjoying the music at the village haus in fantasyland. You know the music all over the park is awesome. Its always so neat to watch my daughter dance as we move around the different areas of the park.
I have been told there is nothing like seeing Disneyland then like seeing it through the eyes of a child and until we took our daughter I didnt get it but, They are so right! :D

definitely is a tie between NOS and Critter Country
Sometimes the bluest part of the sky seems so far away from us, I guess thats what keeps us striving for it...

In Disneyland, I love the teacups area music, but in DCA it has to be the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail area.

Haven't beem to Disneyland since 1978, I don't remember, that was soooo many brain cells ago. If you want I could give you a top 10 for WDW. I agree with Steve spaulo, who said:
if I really think about being in the park, and when/where I like the music best
It's all about the memory for that moment.

I like Critter Country's the most, but what they have at Space Mountain now is starting to grow on me.

area music

Post by sockfire » Jul Thu 20, 2006 7:01 pm

When I'm at Disneyland, if I stop long enough to notice the area music, I am instantly struck with this great feeling of contentment. I start to notice all the other sounds of the park. The guests, the ride sounds, the vehicle sounds. It all adds up to an atmosphere that really lives up to its name

Having said that, I have a special fondness for the music that plays just inside the doors of the Pirates queue. You can hear it at the beginning of the unofficial 50th anniversary complete Pirates ride through track.

I love to sit on a bench anywhere at Disneyland! If you sit there long enough you will only hear the area music with no sounds of the guests :donald:
