it really is a struggle between fantasyland and new orleans square. i think with holiday decorations new orleans square, but on anyother day nothing can beat fantasyland.

As long as you stay in the Bazaar the entire time, it's very relaxing.spaulo wrote:Laid-back? Adventureland? Heh, not when the crowds flood the thin little walkway, and there's a line at the Jungle Cruise, and people shopping, and AHHHHH!!

NOS and here's why:
Pirates and HM - the best 1-2 punch in the DLR
Blue Bayou - a classic, nice sit-down restaurant that is unlike anything else (where in LA can you beat the heat and sit down on a bayou hearing crickets and a banjo in the distance)
The shops - Pieces of Eight is cool along with Le Bat en Rouge
The atmosphere - the jazz bands are fun to watch and the theming is fantastic

Tomorrowland definitely needs some work. Whatever happened to Rocket Rods, did they suck that bad? I would always laugh to myself riding people-mover when the recording would say you are riding on smooth (firestone I believe) polyglass tires...all the while the people mover was jerking your eye teeth loose (with the bumps) at various points in the ride.

Definately New Orleans Square is one of my favorites because it has my favorite ride (POTC) and the entertainment is off the charts. But I am an adventureland fan.

Woo!!! Adventureland! I love the feel of that land. It's like a closed off part of the jungle that has only been discovered by a few people. It's wild and unpredictable. My favorite ride in AL is The Jungle Cruise at night. I love the corny jokes and the exploration of the unknown. Don't get me wrong Indiana Jones is an awesone ride also. I just have my priorties. Shrunken Head Ned is one of my favorite side attractions in the park too. And the Bengal B-B-Q has totally the best tasting food in the park! Good Shopping. And the tiki room is a good way to end the day. It's just an all around good feeling land.

Are you talking about Knott's or D-land now? Knott's changed it up a bit by putting in Silver Bullet, but they'll never get rid of the Western theming...though they did get rid of the slanted house:-/ I vote for old Tomorrowland, but now, NOS. Not to mention that's where I work 8)
Playing tag should be permitted on Tom Sawyer's Island so the guards would stop yelling at me.

If you are really jones-in for the slanted shack... you can still go to it by visiting the Calico Ghost Town in Calico California. This is a first version Knotts Berry Farm and maintains much of the pre-rollercoaster vibe:

My favorite Land
I Love New Orleans Square. The music, the food. It's awesome! Not to mention two of the biggest attractions, Pirates and Haunted Mansion.
