New Year's Eve

Post by soccermouse » Nov Thu 03, 2005 12:28 pm

Can anybody tell me what New Year's Eve is like at Disneyland? I am thinking about dragging my older daughters (14 & 12) down this year if it is worth it. It is a blockout day, so it will also cost us an extra $25.

Good Question.

Good question! I've always wanted to go for New Years. I went to the park a few days ago, and I asked a cast member what it was like and he said, "It's the 2nd busiest day here at the park."

I can't even begin to even picture it. I mean...to me it's super busy on Saturdays.

Let me second that. It is BUSY. As Saxxy36 said, it's a Saturday, so it will be even busier (though, since it's busy already, you probably won't notice it). New Year's Eve sometimes is one of those "close the gates to the park" days. Come to DCA on New Year's Eve, if only to escape Disneyland's crowds (there still will be people in DCA, but with the larger walkways, you won't notice that much).
