Mousekedude wrote:Here's a weird issue for you: sometimes when you post a p.m. to somebody it doesn't go through. They get a message that "so-and-so" sent them a p.m., but it was "deleted by author". But when the "author" is notified about it, they say "no, I didn't delete it!" So what gives?

I will look into it

It's still not working for me neither on my home computer, nor on my work computer. Are there some settings I may need to change on my end?

Thanks!

As long as you are logged in and your browser accepts cookies it should work.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Subsonic Radio wrote:Hello everybody. If you haven't noticed SR went through a little downtime today to get an upgrade. We have now updated to PHPBB3.

We've been frantically trying to get things working (yes, we could have QAed better on our side, but hey, free!) Let us know if you find bugs.

Known bugs:
Fixed - News on homepage isn't parsing BB code.
Fixed - htmlentities back to ascii for titles
Fixed - "online users" are not showing up on the home page
Fixed - Avatars broken
Fixed - Smilies
- "online users" Moderator username highlighting missing
- PM buggy

:)
I cannot get the information button to load. It just keeps "circling" as if it is going to load. I'm using the latest version of Firefox on a desktop Intel Mac. I have been looking around trying to figure out how to report a bug. I am relatively new to navigating the site and I can easily get confused. Thanks so much ~ Phyllis aka wdwparksgal

Look in the "Station/Site" section, it is at the bottom, right under "Bugs/Track Issues"
Club 33 threw me for a bit too! I saw people talking about it but I didn't read carefully enough to find it at first

Think this might be do to some server settings. I made some more adjustments. Let me know if you are still having issues.

Still unable to make requests. I have tried clearing the cache in both Safari and Firefox.
We use Macs and Ive experimented with two different computers to make sure it isn't isolated to just mine. I logged in using a different Mac and still unable to make requests or see the new layout.
Must be some weird ju-ju hanging over our house!

UPDATE

Ok found the issue. When you make a request please click the Now link and not the track title. There is an issue with the track title information pull. I added it to the todo list.

---------------------------------------------

Seems we are getting some random errors with Safari on Macs. Its not all users.. so keep trying? I will see if I can see anything on the server side.

If you can't make one stop by chat and I can queue up a track for you.

Thanks, Rich. I was able to make a request with no problem by clicking on the "now" button.

There's something screwy going on with points unless I've missed an announcement somewhere. As far as I can tell I've only been credited with half the points I should have been today - at least 15 posts but only 70 points credited. Do posts in the Games forum not count anymore or something like that?
