Requests and 96k stream down

Post by rdeacon » Sep Mon 21, 2009 8:11 am

UPDATE:

The request stream is back up and running.

Many thanks to Skull for doing the leg work on this issue :)

-------------------------------------------------

We are experiencing software issues. As a result the 96k stream and the request systems is down. The 64k and 24k are playing random tracks during the outage.

We are working to restore the system as soon as possible.

I have downloading the streaming play list for over two years. Starting at the end of August my ability to stream has been lost. All I can do is play Soarin and Christmas music. When I try and stream I get an error message. I use Windows Media Player to download.

Has anyone else had this type of problem?

Thanks

SAG

SAG,

You should post this in bugs, next time. By downloading I am assuming you mean stream aka listen to. Stop in chat 9-5 EST and I can help you out.

rdeacon,

Thanks for your offer to help. But I am not allowed to chat from work.
If you can offer any help, it would be appreciated.

Thanks

Steve

Seems like the request track is down again today. Or, maybe it's just my computer.

update:
Seems like it's back up, or my computer started working! Either way, I'm thrilled to get to listen again.
