96k Request and 24k Background Stream Issues

UPDATE

The stream issue has been resolved. The 96k Request and 24k background stream are back to normal.

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the the 96k request stream, and the 24k background stream.

We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

During the outage please feel free to listen to the other streams.
