Here's the meeting schedule:
7th (Saturday)
- 12:00 pm - The last "A" in "CALIFORNIA" outside main gates
- 7:00 pm - Bridge by Plaza Gardens Stage
8th (Sunday)
- 11:00 am - The last "A" in "CALIFORNIA" outside main gates
- 5:00 pm - Bridge by Plaza Gardens Stage

February will mark Subsonic Radio's 5th Anniversary online. To celebrate we're going to meet at Disneyland on Feb 7th in 2009.

I'm giving people PLENTY of notice so there should be no excuses. Those that have never been to Disneyland, what better reason do you have to go than to meet all the people you've been conversing with online all these years?

While the official meeting day is Feb 7th people will be coming out for the entire weekend and I plan to be in the park both days!

Update 1-06-2009
Those celebrating Subsonic Radio's 5th Anniversary can now buy shirts online. I expect everybody attending the meet to get one! Remember the meet is Feburary 7th and 8th!

Limited range of shirts but cheaper.

FYI: I don't make any money off the cafepress shirts and would prefer to not make money off the zazzle shirts but the force me to mark them up. Sad I want SR to be completely free forever so don't think I'm in it for the money. It's not "helping me out" buying shirts. I just want people to represent what they like. Smile

"How does this work? What are we going to do?"

Saturday February 7th, we'll meet 12:00pm at the last "A" in California in front of DCA. From there, we put faces to names, and then we decide where to go and have nerdy Disney talk! Smile

Later on in the day, we'll meet at the same place at 7pm if we split up.

Same thing goes for Sunday.

Some people want to go to the Jazz Kitchen later for drinks and live music I'm all for that.

It's all very informal. If anybody has better ideas, let's hear 'em!

Being 3000 miles away, I will have to pass. I will be at DL next month, so I will celebrate your 5th anniversary then :D

Unless I hit a windfall cash wise, I will have to miss the Feb meet up :cry: but who knows what can happen with my dollar donation to the Mega Millions :D

I said "maybe" because I am ALWAYS up for a trip to Disneyland, although I will be there this coming June & we still have a WDW trip scheduled for Oct. & a big Disney cruise April '09/ So, the chances are probably slim BUT ya never know!

For those that will be meeting, don't forget that February 7, 2009 mark the 69th year for Walt Disney's "Pinocchio". That would be an awesome day to go on "Pinocchio's Daring Journey".

I'd LOVE to go back to DL an meet some like minded folk there. Our first trip was last June. It was right around the opening of the Nemo submarines and it was so crowded. It would be super to be able to tour the parks without crowds, but alas, I don't think it will happen. There's always dreaming right?
