Is there a reason some of these are only at 96k down from 128k?
Such as Background and Request and scheduled. Or will we now have the 128 and 96 option?

Congrats on getting it working, I am very, very happy. :D

Any idea of when we can expect the 128k Feeds?

Thanks for all the great work! :)

As explained in this thread, there are bandwidth issues, in which the person donating the bandwidth is no longer able to do so. so, unless some wants to donate enough bandwidth to bump us back where we were, it'll be 96k for a while...

Thanks for the info. I would donate if I could but I am in college and already use too much bandwidth.

Thank you for the hard work!

And a thank you for the person who used to donate the bandwidth for the 128k stream! It has been very appreciated while it lasted!

We actually would have enough bandwidth for 128k streams. But Sub and I feel the difference in quality between 128k and 96k is minimal. By reducing the streams to 96k, we also have room for expansion in the future if we need it. So the max of all future stream will be 96k, unless we change our minds. :)

Ok, yea I can see your point rdeacon.

So-

1. It is great seeing an increase in Scheduled to 40 streams now!!!!!!

2. Will the Requests 64K be changed to 96K, If so how many streams?

3. Will there be more than 15 background streams?

I don't mean to be critical just wondering, I understand that this is purely volunteer. I asked about background streams because during the week they fill up really fast.

Are all the Scheduled, Requested, Soarin, Background secure for now?

Thanks again for all the great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all the 64k will probably not be changed to 96 k or higher. we;ll need to keep a few slots open at a smaller bit rate for those who don;t have a broadband connection or can only connect to a certain port.
