Until you reach a certain number of posts. Jacca and Dr. Ravenscroft have changed their job titles while they moved on up a number of posts while they're in D ticket status. It's just a lot harder to advance while being a D ticket from what js has said.

you will stay the same until you reach a specific post count.

That's ok, he's a little slow these days....he has to endure the teletubbies and other mindless repetitive shows. I'm surprised he remembered that he has a website.

I think the ranks are pretty adorable...it's so fun to see me go through different jobs as I post.

And on the Teletubbie thing, I hear ya. I have several younger siblings of toddler age and the mind-numbing entertainment that has infiltrated our home is astounding.

Actually you are not the "bottom rung", but remember no one is at the bottom. Not everyone on the site posts in the forums, in fact I would say that 60% of the users have never posted or only posted once at most, So I think you are doing pretty well.
