Main Street - 20th Century Music Company
Many of you ask where Subsonic Radio gets it music from. In the FAQ we mention that it can be bought at Kiosks in the parks.
As many times I've been to Disneyland I've never noticed the 20th Century Music Company. According to Laughing Place http://www.laughingplace.com/News-ID500150.asp the store opened in June.
The store is next to Main Street Cinema. And according to Disney, Laughing Place, and an SR listener the store sells Disney attraction CDs where you can add your choice of tracks to a CD which you can purchase.
Here is Disney's official site for the shop: http://tinyurl.com/mjmhr

In the Magic Kingom, on Main Street, go to the Cinema.

Go inside and go left. You will see the connecting entrance for next shop, I can't remember if its the watch store or Arribas Brothers. Any way before you go to the next store, on the right hand side there is a kiosk that has makes cd's. One of the options was theme park music. When I was there in May they had a limited selection, and mostly Disneyland. You make your choice and they burn it at the register. I got the original tiki room, and a few others. Pretty cool....
Let's hope they open a store like they did in DL.

That is awesome. I wish I was planning an upcoming trip so I could put it on my "to do" list. Hope it stays around for a while.

The store's been at Disneyland since I started going in December (after moving out west), so it must have opened in June of a previous year. Actually, from the link at http://www.laughingplace.com/Info-Att-L-DL-MS.asp, it looks like it was in 1999!
