Sub/Addlema,

Any chance of getting this stream on port 8000 instead of 8100? Most ports are blocked to me at work!
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

My vote would be to have the programming on the requestless stream. That way the programming will be uninterupted.

Just my 2 cents. :mickey:

Alright then, it's unanimous. Schedules will be created on the soon to be called "Scheduled" stream.

What a teriffic innovative idea! I think it is great to have a second stream, especially since there have been some complaints about people requesting too many songs, I know I am guilty, but I am sorry folks, I have my favorites and a lot of points here. :mickey:

Unfortunetly, no. I am running both my streams on the same server and port 8000 is already being used by the other 96k stream.

I think having the scheduled songs just playing along, without requests, sounds like a good idea. That way you'd have an idea of what would be playing and could tune in if you wanted, or not.

Um, is there a way to find out what songs are being played on the scheduled stream? Like under the 'now playing' section, that's for the request fead, but is there a similar set up for the scheduled section?
Playing tag should be permitted on Tom Sawyer's Island so the guards would stop yelling at me.

Is it possible to see a list of what's coming up on the non-requested stream. That way I can check to see which I prefer to listen to for a while.

I believe that Sub does have something planned for this with SR2.0. Sub would be the best one to answer this, however.

I'm still working on the schedules for this stream. I do plan on showing song history. But because of the player used for the scheduled stream there's no way to display what's coming up next with the current configuration.

Sockfire!

I've been busy switching jobs, but schedules for this stream are still in the works.

That sounds like a great Idea!!!!! When listening while working, I don't think alot of people take the time to make request anyway. If you could program it like the random function on winamp there would be a constant changing varity of music playing, It would be wonderful listening during the day.
Thanks!!
