subsonic radio rocks this web site is really cool. brings back some cool memories or the rides and shows especially that captain eo show that i wish disney would bring back

It's cool to hear how popular this site is getting. It is fantastic to hear of new records being broken. I am sure that people are tuning in due to their excitement over DL's 50th.

I have 4807 down and 450 up. Not sure what that means though

the Upload speed is what is important. 450 at 64k means the max you can relay is 7 People. to host 50 128 streams means that your upload needs to be 6400 Hope this helps you

Yes thanks, what is up with the 101 128K feeds. How big of an operation does the person have to have to have this? They can do this all off of a home computer?

No I do believe that is being ran from a Business or College, though fiber is pretty fast

I'd really like to get fiber.

Breton, I run a single source for each stream to relays which then host the heavy bandwidth loads. They are Businesses or Colleges.

The site's popularity is pretty amazing but certainly understandable. Who wouldn't like listening to this stuff? I've been telling everybody I know about Subsonic Radio!

That's just to cool!! May be with the site doing so good Sub will be able to get some sponsors on board!! The Dis which is the on-line Disney power house started out as just a little chat board and they don't have what our board has to offer
