2nd Official SR Meet at DLR - Sunday, July 16th, 6pm

My co-worker is going to the Sierras and to visit family and he mentioned he might take the family to DL!! Its the last 2wks in July and I told him he better bring me back a t-shirt that says "My friends went to DL and all I got was this T-Shirt" ha ha ha He asked if they have them and I said I had no idea! Maybe Sub we can make up some t-shirts that say "I can't go to Disneyland so I am listening to SubSonic Radio instead"

Darn I saw the news topic and was so excited, but to see no one can make it..

I still am planning to come down before the 50th ends, just don't know when yet, and probably after the summer heat/hell.

Don't give up hope Sub, please.

A. It's really hot.
B. Most AP's are blocked out at this point for the summer months
C. People perhaps need a little more time to rearrange their schedules.

Who's got the week of August 20th open? I can go any day but saturday.

We'll see how it pans out. Right now it's looking to be cancelled. It's not worth going if there's only 3-5 people saying they will be there because people always flake out. I'm seeing that it's harder to arrange a meet with smaller sites like this.

Yeah... My flight back to SF leaves around 1:30, and I would need to have left for the airport by then. Next time hopefully.

I honestly did not plane on flaking last year! I got way to caught up in my Star Wars Marathon! Anyways, I'm getting my annual pass in August, so a meet around that time means I will definitely make it.

Summer session, methinks. And not necessarilly ON sunday, but she might need to be back by then to start on monday or whatever.

Good luck Sub. Enjoy the heat, drink lots of water. Take pictures this time (lol like we ever do?), I'm afraid I will not be able to attend but lots of hugs and such to those who do.
