Frequent and irritating buffering

Someone asked that we let y'all know when the requests line isn't smooth like it should be. Well, it's been buffering over and over again all morning long. Driving me crazy.

Sorry, I know I'm really late to this party, but I've also noticed this and have had conversations with the admins. We've tried things to fix it and sometimes seems as if it had. I'm sure the root cause diagnosis is ongoing and I'm sure a solution will be found soon (if not already)!
