Requests Not Working

Cannot get Request 96K to work, and it was working yesterday just fine. Other Channels are working fine.
Saw this yesterday too (the 8th). I believe it was due to all the available slots being filled (50 available). I did get in when a slot opened.
I notice all are full this morning as well. Even Requests 2 seems full up!
I used to stay on but has not been playing well with others this week.
