Connection issue

When I try to request a track the message comes up saying: "cannot connect to station, connection timed out"

If you're using Windows 7, there can also be a problem there. Check for the separate thread about Windows 7 Users that have been having problems connecting.

I doubt it is a Windows 7 issue. There have been issues with the request stream down last night and this morning. Things are currently working. If your particular issue persists, then we can start probing into it and find the underlying cause.

All now working and correct - I'm still on XP so nope to windows 7 issue.
