Now Playing - isn't even close

Now playing screen hasn't changed once in the half hour I've been listening. The top song keeps counting down the last ten seconds, over & over & over... I've refreshed the page and even reopened my browser.

It's actually been doing this for hours. I assume the server is out or not working properly. :(
